The leading elected ruler of the present world has finally taken the world by surprise, with his best health and longevity.

94-year-old Mahathir Mohammed has been doing wonders all over the world. Mahathir Mohammed was working as a physician in his native state before coming to politics in 1964.

He recently revealed in a report in the Malaysian most prominent newspaper, Newstreet Times, that his secret to health is to keep eating and drinking and controlling eating habits.

Mahathir Mohammed stated in his articles that it is acknowledged as a universal fact that principles for good health should be adopted as a means of eating and not living for food. Obesity, which leads to fat abuse, is very detrimental to human health, Dr Mahathir Mohammed added.

For good health, reducing the amount of food by a quarter or a third can help to control obesity and fat.

Similarly, by avoiding rice and oily foods, this problem can be overcome.

Mahathir proudly stated that he has kept his weight from 62 to 64 kilograms during the last thirty years, which is an excellent record, given the proper direction of his habits.

 Regarding his country, he said that his citizens use sugar-rich beverages very fondly. 49% of Malaysian citizens use Chinese-made beverages and fast food at least once a week from their homes.

Yet it is a fact that fast food addiction is extremely dangerous.
More than that, it has become the spirit of the Prime Minister of Malaysia that Malaysians in Southeast Asia suffer from severe obesity.

Mahathir Mohammed underwent heart surgery in 2007 but he continues to serve his country despite surgery to improve his routine.
It is worth mentioning here that Mahathir Mohammed eats meat, especially he likes beef and buffalo meat,

Likewise, the year of the chicken and the bread is also their desired diet, But despite all of this, Mahathir Mohammed is widely regarded as one of the healthiest people in the world.

Mahathir Mohammed sleeps seven hours a day, and he considers excess gold as harmful to health.
They say that long sleep does not only harm the body but also the brain.

Reading newspapers and listening to the news daily also causes the human body and brain to clutter. Similarly, the study of scholarly books is also a blow to the capabilities of the human body.

Mahathir Mohammed avoids cigarettes and alcoholism as a religious obligation, but also alcohol. Except for heart surgery, once in a lifetime (November 2019) his nose started bleeding at the time he was addressing a press conference.


Instead of getting up in bed after urgent medical help, he kept working and gave the message to the world that he was perfectly healthy.

Mahathir Mohammed says that living for a long time is undoubtedly a good thing but living well is more admirable.
