INGREDIENTS:


Edible gum.......2 tbsp

Pearl Millet flour.....1-1/2 cup

Jaggery grinded.......1 cup

Clarified butter........1 cup

Mix nuts.......1/2 cup

Chopped coconut.......1/2 cup

White seasame seeds........2 tbsp

Cardamom powder.......1/2 tsp


METHOD:


1- Heat the ghee and mix Edible gum and fry it.

2- Now add in Pearl Millet flour and fry.

3- Put Jaggery grinded in pan and left it slow flame till it's melt down.
4- Now add in fried flour.

5- With flour mix in all nuts or mewa.

6- Now at the end add Cardamom powder and mix it well.

7- When If it's cool make balls.
