Paratha-roll recipes

Ingredients:
For marination:
CHICKEN ......... 500mg
Turmeric ......... 1 t-spoon
Hot spice powder ...... 1 t-spoon
Black paper ......... 1 tb-spoon
Salt ........ as required
Vinegar ....... 1 t-spoon
Yogurt ......... 350 mg
Lemon juice ...... 3 tb-spoon
For dough of Paratha:
Flour ....... 500 mg
Egg ...... 1.
Ghee ...... 3 to 4 tb-spoon
salt ......... as required
water ....... as required
Make Parathay ......... 6
For garnishing:
Green Chutney ........1/2 cup
Toamto ketchup .......... 1/2 cup
Onion rings ........ as required
Mint ............. as required

METHOD:
Marinate all the spices in the chicken and keep it for two hours.
Heat a ghee in a pan, And put the chicken in it and let it cook.
When the chicken is cooked, fry it well.

Now place the chicken on top of the paratha, Pour the sauce over the chicken, put the top on chicken tomato ketchup.
Now add the onion over it.
Now roll like a roll.
Serve with chutney and mint leaves on top.
