INGREDIENTS:
Potato meat:

Meat ............ a kilo

Potatoes (sliced).......... - half a kilo

Ginger garlic crushed ........... Two tablespoons

Salt ............ Customized taste

Onions (finely chopped) - three-digit numbers

Yogurt ................... a cup

Red chili powder .................... - a tablespoon of food

Coriander powder ................. - a tablespoon of food

White cumin ...............- a teaspoon of tea

Turmeric powder ............... - a teaspoon of tea

Hot spices crushed .............. - a tablespoon

Tomatoes (sliced) .................- three numbers medium

Green peppers (finely chopped) ..................- three to four

Green coriander (finely chopped).................. - half a knot

Coking oil .................. half cup


For the beghaar:

Black cumin- ................. a half teaspoon

Coking oil ...................- two tablespoons

METHOD:

* Mix ginger, garlic, salt, onion, cayenne, coriander, cumin, turmeric, proven hot spices, yogurt and tomatoes well.

* And cook on meat for half an hour.

* Add half a cup of coking oil to the spiced meat.

 * Then put in the dagchi and cook on medium flame for half an hour.

* Add potatoes, pour water and mix well and cook till potatoes are melted.

* Sprinkle green chillies and coriander leaves.

* To make the frying pan, put two tablespoons of coking oil in the frying pan and fry the black marinade for two to three minutes.

* And put this beggar on top of the meat.

* Cook the meat for five to seven minutes on low flame and remove from stove.
