Punjabi Samosay Recipe 

Samosa is something that kids love. When a guest comes to us, we keep things like samosas and so forth. And if we make them at home and feed them with our own hands, we are very happy. This feature is suitable for learners as well as for household wives who are dealing with a desire to cook something different. INGREDIENTS:


Punjabi Samosa
Flour ---- Two cups
Salt ----- A tablespoon of food
Oil ---- four tablespoons
Celery ----- A teaspoon of tea
For the spices
Potatoes ---- Four digits
Peas ----- Half a cup
CUMIN----- A TEASPOON OF TEA
Turmeric ------ Half a teaspoon
Red chili salt ----- A teaspoon of tea
Butcher ----- A teaspoon of tea
Green pepper ----- Two numbers
Coriander ---- a teaspoon
Chat spices ---- a teaspoon
Mint


METHOD:


Boil the potatoes and mash them. 

Mix all the spices in four tablespoons oil and fry. 

And fill in the pies (samosas)Add salt celery and oil to the mixture and mix well. 

Then knead well with semi-warm water and leave for about fifteen minutes. 

Fifteen minutes later, make the straw and take the bread, 

Now cut it in the middle with a knife and divide it into two. 

You make it look like a samosa.Fill the spices that were fried in it and close it. 

Keep it in the refrigerator for fifteen minutes to allow it to cool.

When it's done, fry it in oil
