METHOD
Boil the meat.Fry the onion in the oil, Also fry the garlic, ginger and cayenne pepper.

Then add salt, turmeric and put the meat, And fry well.

Add ginger powder, black cardamom and fennel to the cloth. And now put this pottly in the Nihari.
And let it cook for 40 minutes on low flame. Then add finely chopped ginger, green chillies and hot spices and cook for five minutes.
