Pakora curry Recipe


Pakora Kari is one of the most cooked recipes of Pakistani cuisine. Many families prepare it with their own unique method and taste preferences. Curd and Besan rich curry is cooked with Pakora to give a perfect creamy taste and flavor. The curry of Pakora Kari recipe requires besan, onions, curd, spices, salt, and haldi. All the ingredients are mixed well and cooked on low heat till thickens. Pakora batter is made using besan, spices, onions, green and red chilies, and coriander. Pakoray are fried in oil and then added to the thick curry and let it cooked for sometime till it becomes soften. Pakora Kari is served with boiled rice, Chapatti, and Roti. INGREDIENTSpakorron k liye 



gram flour............. A cup

Cayenne pepper.......... Half teaspoon

Salt ... Half teaspoon

coriander ... A teaspoon

zeera.......... A teaspoon

Pomegranate seeds - a teaspoon of tea

Potatoes ... One

Onions ... One

Green peppers.......... 2

Green onion ... 2

For the curry

Yogurt ………………… Half a kilo

gram flour............ Four tablespoons

Salt ... A tablespoon

Cayenne pepper............... A tablespoon

Turmeric.............. A teaspoon

Onions ... One

METHOD


Finely chop the onion and fry in six tablespoons of oil. And mix the salt, cayenne, turmeric powder in the yogurt. And put four glasses of water in it and cook.Finely mix chop onions and potatoes, add green chillies, salt, coriander, cilantro, cinnamon and cayenne pepper.Then pour water and mix. After 10 minutes, fry the pakorry. And put them in the curry, and apply the bhagaar.
