INGREDIENTS



1- KG OF GOAT MEAT
2- RICE KILO
3- OIL CUP
4- GARLIC PASTE A TABLESPOON OF FOOD
5- GINGER PASTE A TABLESPOON
6- CORIANDER POWDER TWO TABLESPOONS
7- SALT CUSTOM TASTE
8- ONION DOUBLE DIGITS (SLICE SLICES)
9-  A CUP OF YOGURT
10-  A SPOON OF HOT SPICE POWDER
11- TWO TEASPOONS OF RED CHILI POWDER
12- THREE PIECES OF CINNAMON
13- CLOVE SIX NUMBERS
14- FIXED BLACK PEPPERS 10 DIGITS
15- LARGE CARDAMOM DOUBLE DIGITS
16- NUTMEG SMALL PIECE
17- THREE SMALL PIECES OF JEWELRY
18- SMALL CARDAMOM FOUR DIGITS
19- GREEN CHILIES NUMBER SIX
20- TOMATOES IN TWO NUMBERS (44 PIECES)
21- SAFFRON TEA SPOON
22- SIX TABLESPOONS OF WARM MILK
23- POTATO THREE-DIGIT
24- A FEW DROPS OF  ESSENCE


METHOD


Heat the oil in a thin pan, 
add the onion and fry till it is brown and then set aside.
Now add 2 tbsp sugar, 
2 tsp small cardamom, 
3 tsp cloves, 
5 tbsp black pepper, 
add 1 tbsp cardamom, 1 tbsp ghee and a little nutmeg and spoon the goat meat, garlic paste, ginger paste into the same oil. 
Add coriander powder, cayenne powder, and salt and fry the meat until water is dry, then crush it with yogurt, potatoes and brown onion. After the meat has melted, add the hot spice powder to it and put it on the tail for 5 minutes. 

Put the rice in another thin saucepan, add cinnamon, cloves, cayenne pepper, large cardamom, nutmeg, celery, small cardamom and salt and cook for a minute. 

Then drain the water and put the rice aside. Soak saffron in warm milk and set aside. 
Lay the previously boiled rice in a large pan, add the cooked meat mixture, tomatoes, green chillies and green coriander, and finally add the saffron and the worm to the milk and cover with a lid. 
Apply to Delicious mutton spices brownie ready. 

Serve hot in a serving dish.
