INGREDIENTS


Bone lace mutton (cubicle) 500 grams

Crushed powder 1 tbsp

Egg 1 number

Salt custom taste

1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

Corn flour 2 tablespoons

3 tablespoons of flour

2 tablespoons of edible oil

Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon

1 teaspoon of soy sauce


Ingredients of Manchurian Sauce:


4-5 tablespoons of edible oil

Garlic (Chop) 1 tbsp

1 teaspoon of cayenne powder

Lemon juice 1 tbsp

Westershire 1 teaspoon

1 tablespoon of soy sauce

Tomato ketchup 5 tablespoons

Chilli Garlic Sauce 5 tablespoons

Salt custom taste

Pepper powder 1 quarter teaspoon

Cornflower 1 tbsp

Half cup of water

METHOD

IN A BOWL, 

COMBINE THE BONE LACE MUTTON, 

SHRIMP POWDER, SOY SAUCE, GARLIC PASTE, EGG, SALT, PEPPER, CORNFLOUR, FLOUR, VEGETABLE OIL AND MIX WELL. 

MARINATE FOR 2-3 HOURS. 

NOW ADD THE COOKING OIL IN A POT AND FRY THE MARINATED MUTTON OVER MEDIUM FLAME. 

HOW TO MAKE MANCHURIAN SAUCE: 

HEAT THE OIL IN A PAN, 

THEN ADD THE GARLIC IN IT AND LIGHTLY BROWN IT. 

NOW ADD CAYENNE PEPPER, BLACK PEPPER, LEMON JUICE, SOY SAUCE AND OYSTER CHEESE AND COOK FOR 1 MINUTE. 

THEN ADD TOMATO KETCHUP, CHILLI GARLIC SAUCE AND SALT IN IT. 

NOW ADD WATER TO IT AND COOK FOR 2-3 MINUTES, THEN ADD FRIED MUTTON TO IT AND ADD CORN FLOUR AND WATER MIXER (CORN FLOUR 1 TABLESPOON + HALF CUP WATER) AND COOK FOR 1 MINUTE. 

GARNISH WITH GREEN ONIONS AND SERVE ON A HOT PLATE WITH FRIED RICE.
