Onion ... One

tomato.......... Three

Green peppers........... Three

Green coriander...........

Ginger ………

Garlic, ginger paste ... Three tablespoons

Salt ... A tablespoon

red pepper............. A tablespoon

Turmeric............. A teaspoon

zeera Powder ... A tablespoon

Coriander powder ………………… A tablespoon

spices.............. Two tablespoons

Faster leaves ... 4

Clove........... Four

cinnamon........... 5

Ghee ... Half cup




METHOD

First boil the paye in water. Make the onion golden brown. When the onion turns golden brown, add the garlic ginger past in it.

After roasting a bit, put all the spices in it. Now thoroughly fry all these spices and add  paye and fry it well. 

Now add it to the hot water you have to keep the gravy.

Bake for about 40 minutes on low heat. Serve with ginger and green CORIANDER on top.
