Gulab jamun is a dessert often eaten at festivals or major celebrations such as marriages and other Muslim celebration. Gulab jamun is a shahi dish. Here we are with an easy homemade Gulab jamun recipe in english that will give you the real taste of Gulab Jamun.
Ingredients:
Half a pound of flour,
khooya half a kilo
Eggs, two numbers,
Baking powder a tablespoon
To fry cogging oil.

1 kg of sugar
2 cup of water
Cardamom - mashed
Procedures
Put two cups of water in one kilogram of sugar and cook. If the strings are formed then take off.
Mix the flour, the lost, the baking powder and the eggs and mix them well and place them in small pills for a while.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, soak these pills on a light flame, add them to the lid when they are flowering and golden, and such delicious rose jam will be ready.
