INGREDIENTS


Carrot .......... One kilo
Chinese ... A cup
Dried milk ... A cup
khooya............... One foot
Almonds ......... Fifteen
Cardamom ... Ten
Ghee ... Half cup


METHOD


crush the carrots, and Boil the carrots with milk.Now add cardamom in ghee and fry carrots in it.Add sugar and fry for fifteen minutes or untill the carrots water dried.Then add dry milk and fry again.Let it be separated ghee Now add the khoya and mix it well.And take off with roasted almonds and boiled eggs.
