Ingredients:

Chicken Without Bone 

Salt Customized Flavor 

Garlic One Dessert Spoon 

White Chili Pepper One Teaspoon 

Pepper Pepper Half Teaspoon 

Vinegar Two to three tablespoons 

soy sauce Two tablespoons




For making better:

A cup of flour 

corn flour half a cup

salt Customized taste 

White pepper chopped half teaspoon

egg whites to double

the cooking oil for fry...

Method:

Add garlic white chili pepper vinegar and soya sauce to the chicken in the refrigerator for half an hour to an hour. To make the mixture, whisk the egg whites and mix the flour, corn flour, salt and white pepper.

Pour so much cold water into this mixture it should be thick. 

Dip the chicken in the mixture and refrigerate them for 20 to 25 minutes. Your chicken nuggets are ready.Heat the cooking oil in the pan for three to four minutes. Fry the chicken nuggets in the oil until they are golden brown. Then drain them on tissue paper or khaki paper so that all the oil is absorbed on it.
